BATH TIME!

Josh decided to take Malakai in the shower the other day for the first time.  It was so funny!  He totally loved having the warm water hit his body.  The whole time he was in there he just squinted his eyes and was so relaxed just laying in Josh's arms.  It wore him out so bad that after I took him out and dried him off he pretty much fell asleep instantly. Babies are the best entertainment!

Rewind and Easter

In January Josh and I went to L.A. for our last getaway before Malakai was born. We took a camera but when we got there we realized that it wasn't charged. So for the first time in a really long time I had to buy film and wait until I had 24 pictures to develop it. Oh, the inconvenience! Anyway, I just barely got them printed. Here are a few pictures of us at the L.A. temple which is SO beautiful.
Also we got our first family pictures on Easter. Unfortunately I look super pale and pregnant still, but with these dang film cameras you can't see how retarded you look and retake. Oh well, I am just so happy to get rid of this stupid film!

He finally made it!!!

Malakai Arden Kitchen finally decided to come out on March 8th at 11:35 am weighing in at a whopping 9 lb 3 oz and 22 inches. We still can't figure out how he fit inside of me! But he is here and we could not be happier!

He doesn't look very happy in this picture, but at least I caught him with his eyes open!
